  The service in this is place is poor. I called reception several times to arrange late checkout and no one answered. Until I called switchboard who connected me with the Duty Manager after trying herself several times to connect me to reception. Then after the late checkout was approved, this was not properly communicated to Housekeeping, who sent three different people to knock at my door (disturbing my sleep) asking whether or not I'm checking out. Not to mention the constant noise of drilling from some renovations we weren't warned about at check-in. I will never go back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone.

  Very nice stay. Cosy rooms and staff at reception and housekeeping give excellent service. Great breakfasts.

  One word , EXCELLENT !! . I booked here over the Easter weekend and I have to say I was very impressed with this hotel . The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and simply delicious. The turn down service at night was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was affordable and definitely worth it . I would recommend anyone coming here to definitely stay at the blue waters hotel

  Enjoyed my stay here,the pool area is nice and seemingly safe. The Blue Dolphin club has a nice vibe. The buffet breakfast is always on point,friendly staff. Beautiful view of the ocean,North beach was closed though. The North beach area is nice and quiet
