  I booked one night at the hotel and a spa for me and my sister for her 30th birthday. When I phoned the spa a week in advance to book our treatments, I explained that we will be there two hours early to relax in the warm water baths/jacuzzi before our treatments. When we got there we were not welcomed and given gowns like other spa’s do, they just told us that the jacuzzi has been broken for three weeks so there are no warm water relaxation options for us, when I asked the lady why she did not tell me that the week before when I booked the treatments, she pretended that she was not the one I spoke to, it was winter time so we had to leave, sit in the hotel for two hours and then go back. I Booked a hydrating facial, but was also pregnant at the time, and during my facial, it felt like my face was washed two times and after that I received a face, shoulder and head massage for the facial time, and at the end Of the facial she put moisturizer on. My problem is that we pay so much money to have the spa experience. Even though the massage was relaxing, I would prefer the salon informing me that the facial I chose has too many unsafe ingredients for a pregnant person, and then I would have the opportunity to pick another treatment. I paid R580 for a face wash and moisturizer and face and head massage. And the spa prices are usually more expensive so the clients can enjoy the atmosphere and facilities, which we did not due to the dishonesty of the salon.

  Went to the spar, which is very good. Staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Had a light meal but it was filling. But also don't think they have enough food choices
