::Great experience in buying a bike . Untill I realised that the bike that I bought did not have carbon wheels as advertised by bike market . When I raised this with them they denied it at first and then admitted to the fact that the wheels were in fact not carbon. I expressed my disappointment to them and they suggested I bring the bike back for a refund as the price that I had paid was less than what the bike was advertised for . Truth is it was bought on the advertised spec on the auction process and paid fair value for the spec bike. Point being great experience great bike . But be carefull you get the right spec . Bike market . When you have a customer find a way to get them to remain a customer! Clearly some learning to be had in how to deal with customers

::Great shop! I just rented 3 bikes for the 2020 Argus and was a bit nervouse because I had to pay 14,000 rand by wire transfer in advance. No worries! These guys took great care, very communicative and responsive all the way on WhatsApp. James and Cain were great - even after one of the derailleur hangers broke straight-off they got it fixed at the local bike shop for no charge. James made at least two trips to the place I was staying in Cape Town to drop-off saddle bags, CO2 and extra tires. Really top-notch service! I would absolutely recommend this business again when I return to Cape Town (and I hope its very soon!)

::My wife and I took off work to drive from Pretoria to buy her a bike, because she is very small - only to hear that both were already sold, even though I checked minutes before we left online. I'm disappointed and it feels as if such posts are just bait to get people in the shop or the minute wasn't taken to either delete or change the post to "sold". This may or may not be true, but disappointed none the less.
