::My Toyota Auris was my first new car.... and will be the last as well. I'm from a generation that got nothing for free. The day I bought mt Auris, the salesman claimed, that I'm buying the " BADGE" as well. I thought it was just sales talk, bur now realise how important their brand is to them. I encountered a problem during a car service, and Toyota Edenvale, bend over backward to accommodate me. I want to make special mention of Gideon who treated me like a VIP, but most impressively, spoke the most beautiful, fluent Afrikaans. He is definitely an asset to your company and is highly professional with a sharp sense of humour. His handling of the whole situation deserves recognition! Gideon, jy is een van daardie mense, wat 'n blywende indruk op 'n mens maak! Jy is net eenvoudig 'n mens met 'n goeie hart en iemand wat sy werk met trots en waardigheid verrig. Dankie!!!
