  Worst experience: Never rent from them, they just took my money! We rented a car with rim&tire insurance, then we hit a pothole that damaged to rims and two tires. On the phone Bidvest told us they were going to tow us for free, but later charged me a huge sum for towing - without any email or explanation, the money was just taken from my account. They promise to let you know and send you a receipt before any transaction but they don't do that. They just take your money. I needed to run after them to even find out what they charged me for. They then claimed that towing is never free and wanted me to prove that they said that on the phone. It's such a joke. They will look for every way possible to take your money, even when you get those insurances (they are just extra money for them) Be carefull, take a long video of the car when you pick it up and drop it off, record every phone call and conversation with them in case you do choose them to ret a car (DON'T).

  Pas de frais additionnel pour jeune conducteur et traversée de la frontière avec le Lesotho ou le Swaziland. Je conseille juste de demander une explication précise de chaque composants de la facture. Des frais supplémentaires indésirées peuvent apparaître.

  Very friendly service from the Wendy. It's always good when people try to help you as much as they can... Just really makes ones day. You really feel like they making it all count for you. That's why I give you 4 stars. Restrooms, mobile charging station and cooler water for clients and good service.
