::Had an emergency and went to the fire station as my nephew was attacked and badly hurt around 12 mid night and the closest and safest place was the fire station but the gate was locked , no bell and no one to assist , worst station ever

::Tried to report a fire. Gave the street address, house number and suburb but the guy on the phone is an idiot and got annoyed because he didn't know the suburb north of his own fire station. So he put down the phone. Wow. Service A++
