::I love the service and friendliness of you guys...Desmay always makes my day when chatting to her or collecting my order, she's super friendly and makes it easy to engage with her. Your pricing is also competitive and I enjoy that...my only challenge is a slight delays on orders...im so prone to walk in and buy stuff and walk out, that said I understand that what I wanted was not easily available on stock so had to wait a bit but if you can improve anything it would be a turnaround time for me. otherwise, I enjoy shopping at your store.

Dealt with Deon and Paul, they were very helpful in my decisions, and accommodating (they provide Nespresso to walk-in customers which is a nice gesture).
