::A bit run down 4 stars hotel - old carpets, uneven.Arrived at 10pm with my guests and very contradictory messages. Depending whom you talk to you can get drinks or not! Very welcoming!

::Friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and lovely with the aircon and a beautiful view. Food ordered from room service was delicious. Price is good for what you get.

::Went to Balmoral for a week (8 days) , took the family . Was truly amazing to sleep and wake up to that amazing ocean view and smell .The beach is literally 20 meters from the hotel lobby . 5 Star service . Fully carpeted, dining room area is amazing . FOOD was amazing
