::Connie, Phuti, Bongi, and Wendy need to be applauded and recognised for their excellent customer service and professionalism. January 2018, these ladies ensured that our reservation was fixed, ready, and brought confidence to any concerns we had in our out-of-country travel with an Avid van. The whole experience was amazing. We had to wait for some time , due to an error, but they kept us in the "know" as we waited in the seating area. If you need to rent a car or van ---and must take it across the country borders, we highly recommend Avis. Just confirm your arrangements In advance and make sure by calling them a few days before your arrival to the facility. Security is excellent, too.

::Dear AVIS Rent a car at Grand Central Airport - I have a serious concern with the driving styles of the male staff on the New Road route. I am an employee at one of the companies located somewhere closer to where your facility is. I sometimes walk by foot to get public transport between New Road and Old Pretoria road, some (not all of them) of your male drivers are driving the cars wrecklessly on the road and it pains me to witness a company's assets being depreciated that fast (super fast) and when the company decides to sell off those assets, guess who's going to be faced with the challenge of repairing a vehicle that appears to be new and well-maintained?? You really need to look at ways of monitoring the driving behavior of your staff on the roads and you'll be amazed of the savings in maintenance and repairs fees you could make. That is my 2 cents.
