  I have bought a guess watch for my husband at American Swiss he glen, the customer service i have received is pathetic. The watch was not working so i had taken it back in the first week of January 2020 to date i have still not received any feedback! i have called numerous of times and geet told they will call me back however i am still waiting. i have even been to the shop and the watch is still not ready!!!!!!!!!!

  Bought a watch during december, the people in this store do not know what they are doing I asked them if they could resize the watch they did that, not even a day later they strap broken completely. These people broke the watch as they said it is easy to remove the link, no manager in store they called the manager at sterns to assit giving us our money back but the issue remains they have no knowledge of what they are doing. Worst service from a big group of companies.

  The staff were too busy talking to themselves to even notice we were in the store. It seemed like we were inconveniencing them when we were asking to try on different rings.
