::The service at the Absa branch at springs mall is horrible over a weekend. From the second you walk in you don't actually know where you need to go as there is a vacant help desk . You also have to wait quite some time to get assistance as the people working here dont seem to phased about ensuring that everyone is assisted in a timely manner

::Bad costumer service when you go in and when you phone for an appointment for a personal banker they do not call back
