::These guys have no respect for a customers time. After 60min in a queue of 4 people I was instructed to start another queue again. Not to mention that the 2nd queue (queue of 2 people) took 30min.

::Today was the first time in many years that I had a positive experience in an ABSA branch. ABSA Garden Route Mall's staff were very helpful and friendly and they communicated a national offline issue immediately offering to contact customers when they were back online. A special thank you to Mandlakazi, who's customer service was great.
